Manual Osteopathy
Manual Osteopathy
Hands-on, whole-body care. Visceral mobilization, fascial release, and structural integration — delivered in-clinic or brought to your door.
Available in-clinic or as a mobile visit at home.
One booking, a tailored blend. Every session is a meeting between Barbara's hands and what your body presents that day. Manual Osteopathy and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy are woven together as needed — there's no need to choose a modality in advance, and the balance can shift from one visit to the next.
Simply book the format that suits you — in-clinic at the Pandosy Street studio, or a mobile visit brought to your home.
Hands-On & Whole-Body
Every session works the body as one connected system — bones, joints, fascia, and organs together.
Layered, Gentle Work
Restrictions are unwound layer by layer at the pace your tissues allow — not forced — so changes hold long after you leave the table.
Breath, Flow & Vitality
Freer ribs, diaphragm, and fascia mean deeper breath, better circulation, and a more resourced, energised feeling in everyday life.
What to expect
Sessions begin with a clinical intake — a clear conversation about your history, current concerns, and what your body has been asking for. From there, treatment is hands-on and fully clothed, working through fascia, joints, and the visceral system at a pace your tissues can integrate.
Many people leave feeling lighter, more upright, and more at ease in their body. Mild soreness or a sense of release in the day or two following is normal as the work continues to settle in.
